Job Description
- Manage and optimize successful pay per click (PPC) campaigns on major search engines including Google, Yahoo and MSN.
- Provide and create detailed analysis documents to trend campaign performance
- Write/create copy for paid search campaigns
- Provide ongoing management of all campaigns including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations.
- Continually monitor the search landscape, and work with SEO/SEM Team Lead to develop new strategies.
- Proactively work with 3rdparty vendors, including but not limited to bid management technology providers, search engines, tracking technology providers, to overcome the complication and actively seek new SEM opportunities.
- Develop the affiliate marketing plans and build own affiliate network
- Plan and manage the Social Media Marketing with the help of business development resources.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years work experience requiring similar skills
- Strong SEM / SEO skills
- Understand search engine marketing strategies, the search engine landscape, and the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
- Execute and manage SEM programs, across multiple search engines from implementation to ongoing optimization.
- Effectively analyze and communicate program performance, optimization recommendations, seek out up-sell opportunities and communicate to business development and sales department.
- Actively test and analyze keywords, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume
- Develop SEM program strategies and proposals for special events like New Year Gifts, Charismas etc.
