We are currently looking for a Senior/Account Manager to join our team on a 3-month fixed term contract. You will be supporting the Account Director by managing your designated accounts, taking ownership to ensure projects are implemented efficiently and on time.


The role

Responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional agency teams, to ensure that all individual projects are proactively, creatively, and efficiently managed through the agency following a client brief and are ultimately delivered to an exceptional standard within the agreed timeframe.

To manage the day-to-day running of account(s)

Provide clear and accurate briefings to everyone involved with project implementation.

Ensure regular client update or programme /

project progress, and manage any changes to planned activities that may occur

Responsible for regular client contact, and prompt and accurate contact/action reports within 24 hours of meeting/discussion

Responsible for estimating, billing, and awareness of the budgetary status

Participate in developing new business pitches

To help supervise junior members of the team on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

Account Management experience within a communications agency, ideally with healthcare experience and a digital-first approach

The candidate

You will have an interest in healthcare or ideally have some experience working within the healthcare or pharma space and will enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
