Job Description
Assists the CEO in the management of his calendars and schedules appointments;Coordination from the Director's Secretariat.
Responsible for screening all telephone calls, emails and other correspondence and action where necessary on behalf of the CEO; takes follow-up action and redirects as appropriate with discretion.
Deals with confidential correspondence, reports and other intricate documents
Drafts routine correspondence for the Executive Director with accuracy and speed;
Manages the diary and organize travel and accommodation and this may include national and international visa requirements;
Job Specification
3-5 years in a similar role within MNC environment.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's from a reputable institution. Masters in English/ MBA/MPA will be desirable.
Highly proficient MS Office skills
Effective organisation & communication skills, Ability to multi-task, handle pressure & deliver consistently.
Presentable & congenial personality
Work as part of team, delivering own tasks in line with deadlines and standards and supporting others to achieve their goals
