Job Description
Attending calls from customers.
Developing cordial relationship with the clients
Assigning calls to different engineers.
Facilitating engineers in order to resolve the calls.
Maintaining logs, data, etc
Reporting to the clients
Ensuring that KPI's i.e. response and resolution time, are met.
Job Specification
- Some experience of dealing with the Customer/Clients will be preferable.
- Should have very good follow-up and monitoring skills
- Pleasant personality
- Able to comprehend problems and communicate them properly.
