Job Description
1.Plan & organize company's recruitment & selection procedures and allocate HR ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
2.Develop, administer & evaluate applicant tests, identify staff vacancies, interview and select applicants.
3.Administer compensation & benefits, performance management systems, training & professional development and safety programs for the employees.
4.Analyze own observations & other data and reports to identify & determine causes of personnel problems; develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies & procedures.
5.Maintain records & compile reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, turn over and absenteeism rates.
6.Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary actions & procedures against employees.
7.Plan & conduct new employee orientation sessions to foster positive attitude toward work and organizational objectives.
8.Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the employees training & development, maintain quarterly training plan, perform training need analysis, trains & assist with preparation of training material.
9.Maintains & updates job descriptions of employees & organizational charts.
10.Maintains the applicant-tracking database; prepare & follow budgets for HR operations; prepare HR forecast to project employment needs in future.
11.Recognize & solve employee's issues /work related problems by use of tact, independent judgment and skill in resolving conflicts. Developing constructive & cooperative working relationships with others
Job Specification
MBA (HRM) along with 5 years experience in similar capacity in a factory oriented manufacturing concern.
