Job Description
-As International Client Services Analyst, one should be able to manage the International Customer Service area and own the customer experience and associated process from ordering through to delivery with the objective of:
- Building strong relationships with our clients
- Working closely with and challenge the commercial team
- Leading the drive towards world class customer service
- Implementing process and performance improvement
- Proactively manage the area e.g. through the use of KPI framework
- Hands on management of a set of customers including maintenance of orders.
