Job Description:
Spike Services is seeking Senior SharePoint 2007 and Dot Net developer with demonstrated success in a fast-paced business environment. The developer primarily responsible for the following:

* Minimum 5 years of professional web application development experience producing, high quality, maintainable code using Microsoft .NET technologies and ASP.NET or Visual Studio .NET 2005.
* Experience with .NET 2.0/3.0
* Strong proficiency in UI development (Master pages, Form Design, Form Validation, DHTML, javascript)
* Experience with Silverlight.
* Experience with AJAX.
* Full software development lifecycle experience
* Solid understanding of Objected Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and N-Tier application architecture
* Strong technical leadership, analytical, estimating and decision making skills for creating and driving solutions from design to delivery on schedule.
* Experience with ASP.NET and C#.
* Experience with photoshop and flash.
* Experience with webservices.
* Experience with SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008
* Experience with Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
* Experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management in SharePoint 2007)
* Experience with creating site definations in SharePoint 2007.
* Any kind of experience with CRm applications in the past will be a huge plus.
* Experience with the design and development of custom SharePoint web parts.
* Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation
* Strong technical leadership, analytical, estimating and decision making skills for creating and driving solutions from design to delivery on schedule.
* You will be working remotely.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field

Job Specification

For the most part you will be working in your local timezone. But if we need your help on the recruitment/staffing side then you should be open to work on this for couple of days and after that you will again go back to the development side. We will train you on the recruting side.

- Develop and grow a client base
- Use his/her proven business development and/or technical background to develop and grow his/her own client base by marketing our services for contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.
- Conduct telephone and in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of promoting our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
- Responsible for solidifying Spike Services's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
- Contact supervisors to determine candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs.
- Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
