Job Description

Track, record and report changes and status of project objectives, organization, planning and tasks, maintain follow-ups with Managers and all associates to complete their tasks. Coordinate the departmental activities against plans, including costs/timescales and suggest remedial action when necessary implement and execute the coordination plan of tasks of departments Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers and CEO. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Assist in the development and implementation of a management framework for all business improvement initiatives and critical services tasks undertaken across TradeKey. Monitor Tasks to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits while maintaining integrity, reporting changes in tasks and archiving changes. Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for associates. Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
