Job Description
Responsible for generating Purchase Requisition, Purchase order for inventory items as well as Marketing items, getting approval and dispatch of order copies to suppliers.
Responsible for keeping all local purchase data up to date and handling and verification of purchase bills for payment.
Assist Import Executive in import documentations, such as filling of L/C or Bank Contract documents and preparation of ADC documents.
Maintain in-coming and out going documents log sheet.

Good knowledge about market.
Ability to work under pressure.
