We are leading provider of online Quran Tutoring services to students of any age. Majority of our students are from English speaking countries (USA, UK, etc.). We are looking for a qualified and experienced Telephone Customer Service Representative for our Rawalpindi office. The selected candidate will be responsible for calling online tutoring prospects and customers, organizing online classes, coordinating tutoring between students and tutors, e-mail marketing, online chat support, using various online and offline marketing methods to increase website traffic and online tutoring students. The selected candidate will be required to work during late night, early morning, and flexible hours to match the requirements of USA, UK, etc. students.
Job Specification
- Prior 2-4 years of Telephone Customer Service Representative, Telesales, CSR, or Call Center experience to English speaking customers.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of E-mail marketing, Internet marketing techniques, Online Chat support etc. would be a plus
- Calling prospects and customers related to online tutoring and setting up online lessons
- Great customer satisfaction experience.
