Job Description
- Strengthening Human Resource Management Systems and Procedures in Health, Bagh and Mansehra Districts
- To provide 4 months, full time technical assistance for achieving the deliverable mentioned under each domain below.
- Prepare a work plan based on assigned task for 4 months.
- Devise and develop a comprehensive but simple human resource data base including training to manage district level staffing DOH for Mansehra in consultation with core DHMT.
- To deliver Human Resource and training excel data base including personal information, credentials, service contact, posting and training.
- Train relevant district staff to use and maintain the database.
- Review available job descriptions for all key positions and service providers at Primary Health Care Facilities and District Health Management and conduct orientation workshops.
Job Specification
- MBA or equivalent master degree in HR Management from Recognized and reputable University in Pakistan or abroad
- 5 years experience of HR system development including HRIS -Human Resource Information System data base for public health sector and or/any other social sector
- Must have strong trouble shooting and debugging skills
- Strong training and coordination skills
- Experience in the NGO sector and team work approach
- Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines.
- Strong report writing skills.
