Coordinator Matriculation Graduate Program (paiman)

Working directly with the project Adviser & the JSI-PAIMAN team: you are tasked the following duties:
- Signing of the MOUs at the Province Education Department
- Support in identification of the host school/students and teachers.
- Support in selection process of students and teachers.
- Overall supervision of program in province/District Academies, Teachers and Students.
- Facilitate departments of Education and Health at district level and complete liaison with the program team.
o Sharing of month updates with Project Adviser & JSI PAIMAN team
o Representing/sharing information/updates at the province & district level liaison/meeting with the DCO/Commisioner, EDO Health and Districts teams.
o Assuring about student Metric results for the year 2009 (supple) and 2010.
- Over all supervision of the academies, assuring of fund transfer and logistics for supporting the academies.

Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficient in operating MS Office suite including MS Project
