Responsibilities:

• Outline client design objectives.
• Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
• Source materials and products included in plans.
• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
• Utilize computer applications in the design process. (3D & 2D)
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with Customer, Management, Project Teams and Sub Constractors
• Preparation of BOQ, Market Study of Material, Latest Design Elements and Know How for Material Selection and Application for Quality & Cost Control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Portfolio of design work.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with computational design.
• Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. Strong Presentation Skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.
• Travelling for OnGoing Projects , Site Visits and Even Staying on Site for Work Requirements during project Delivery and on Milestones.
