Manager Accounting & Financial Reporting

Job Locations: Karachi, Pakistan

Functional Department: Accounts & Finance

Type: Regular, Full-Time

Working hours: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am PK time (afternoon shift)

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Managing US Accounting as per US GAAP and Prepare financial analysis, KPI and cost reports as required.
  • Managing Cash Flow and weekly payment plan
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Preparing MBR and QBR for Board and head of department
  • Ensure monthly financial close with accuracy and timely.
  • Perform Annual business insurance renewal process.
  • Managing US Payroll.
  • Managing PK Accounting and Payroll.
  • Assist in annual US Financial Audit to External Auditor.
  • Assist in annual US 401k Audit to External Auditor.
  • Assist in annual Worker Compensation Audit to External Auditor.
  • Handling Carta for tracking Company’s Stocks.
  • Variance Analysis of Profit & Loss current Month VS Prior Month.
  • Variance Analysis of Profit & Loss between Actual vs Plans.
  • Assist Head of Department for Yearly budget preparation.
  • Establish and drive AP Strategy.

Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Certification is Accounting (ACCA, CMA)
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
