Job description

We are looking for an experienced Student Experience Lead to shape our organization's customer experience and develop measures that realize our business objectives. You should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent customer relationship skills.

To be successful as a Student Experience Lead you should have research experience, an analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills. Ultimately, a creative and engaging student experience will be the real success.


Requirements

  • Feature Best Playback sessions for the main dashboard according to performance ( activation and engagement rate ) during peak seasonality.
  • Manage collection/traffic onto the app to land to specific groups.
  • Monitor and enhance New students conversion rate.
  • Frequent communications with new students via calls, students survey.
  • Fulfilling students' needs ( courses, Competitions, Simulated exams ) by Coordination with teachers' RMs.
  • Communicate with the growth team for Important courses and sessions.
  • Create and update Collections in the main dashboard.
