JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Business Development Officer, the candidate shall be self-motivated and responsible for achievement of sales and marketing within assigned area. He will be aggressive and creative with a proven success in new business development in the marble, chips and granite polishing as well as fumigation and sanitization services. The candidate shall work under the guidance and direction of his line manager.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Develop strong and cordial relationships with the existing and new clients to promote the services of Shine plus.
Maintain and keep updated prospective client database.
Maintain knowledge of all services offerings of the company.
Develop and execute business and marketing plans in coordination with GM Shine plus to achieve revenue goals.
Identify profitable business opportunities and secure sound business deals with strong follow-up.
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
Support GM in writing new business proposals.
Provide report on business development activities and related successes against target metrics on daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis as decided by the management.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
Close coordination with the technical support team and ensure to provide quality work to the clients and after sale support.
