Australia based Travel Agency is Looking for an experienced travel consultant .

• - Handling inquiries of international customers over the phone and email.
• - Understanding customers' needs and choosing appropriate solutions for them among the available options.
• - Tailoring and providing best fit solutions to the customers, through given resources.
• - Mantaining a record of his own month to date work in the assigned format.
• - Following up with the customers in an effective manner.
• - Coordinating with supporting departments and suppliers.
• - Adhering to the company policies and codes of conduct througout the tenure of service.

• Must possess good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Knowledge of Amadeus
• 5+ years experience with a reputed travel company
• International experience/exposure
• IATA qualification will be highly regarded

- Residence in Rawalpindi/Islamabad
