Job Description
As a iB12 Telemarketer you will become the first point of contact between iB12 and potential new customers. During your initial telephone call you would be expected to obtain qualifying information such as the customer's current provider and expenditure, and then to create interest for ongoing campaign.
To undertake outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Maintain high customer service standards by handling all calls professionally, remaining courteous and dealing will any queries effectively
Listen attentively to the individuals requirements, asking pertinent questions to establish facts in order to gain a full understanding of their needs
To ensure personal targets are achieved and exceeded on a daily basis maintaining minimum levels of productivity and performance
Maintain an up-to-date level of product knowledge by being attentive to and acting upon information delivered in briefings, trainings and meetings
Help to maintain an enjoyable working environment by assisting and supporting colleagues and participating within the team at all levels.
