Job Description
Masters in Business Administration (preferably in HR)
2-3 years of experience in a hard core sales function.
Prior experience as a trainer will be an advantage.
- National trainings on Leadership and Functional skills.
- Store monitoring and training.
- Training distributor's sales force (Indirectly- Directly only at company operated businesses).
- Developing calendar and tools for training.
- Development of new programs and adaptation of new programs.
- Assisting HR Commercial Manager in Project Management of HR programs, key initiatives and other exercises occurring on an ad-hoc basis.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment.
- Proficient use of MS Office needed. Frequent work on complex excel & Power Point applications.
- Proficiency in spoken English.
- Strong team player
- Proficient in maintaining speed in work
- Multi- tasking ability
