Job Description
1. To respond and follow up sales enquiries regarding: mainly oil and gas sector and occasionally on Boilers and waste water treatment systems.
2. To Coordinate with the North BD and Proposals department for preparation and submission of proposals
3. To track and report on the status of all proposals submitted
4. To Perform market research to identify marketability of existing or potential products & services
5. To Prepare the written customer presentations & Business Development reports
6. To Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
7. To submit pre-qualification documentation & enlist / register company with potential customers
8. To active participate in Prospection, qualification, negotiation, agreeing on terms and finalization of business deals.
9. To Obtain customer feedback through customer satisfaction form, monitor and analyze the feedback and communicate the results to all concerned
10. To communicate the quality policy to those reporting to him
11. Any other task assigned by the management from time to time
