Job Description
Primarily responsible to work as an HR generalist and facilitate in the performance of key HR functions.Facilitates in organizing and conducting interviews, tests and other assessmentsConducts follow-ups on selection via phone/emailExecutes the hiring process as per corporate policy and practicesMaintains and updates employee records and human resource information systemsFacilitates in conducting job analysis, and in developing and maintaining organization charts, job descriptions, job specifications etcConducts employee orientationsCoordinates with payroll for salary and benefits administration and with other functions for smooth execution of HR processesPrepares periodic reports pertaining to key functions of Human ResourcesStrives to maintain excellent employee relations, a healthy work culture and environmentFacilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines etcFacilitates in organizing internal and external HR eventsPlease APPLY with confidence. Job Specification
A degree in HR or Business AdministrationSound knowledge of HRM and HR best practicesMust have excellent communication skills (oral and written)Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skillsPositive attitude and good learning abilitiesShould be well versed with ENGLISHMotivated and ambitious to make a career in Human ResourcesGood MS Office and basic computing skills. Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus.
