Job Description
1. Primarily responsible for facilitating project manager in effective and efficient management of project2. Prepares project schedules and other project artifacts on the advice of the project manager and with input from relevant stakeholders3. Coordinates with team members on project activities assigned by the project manager4. Assists the project manager in recording/circulating action items and following up on tasks and issue resolution5. Facilitates the project manager in project communication and reporting6. Collects, compiles, analyzes and reports project and process data to facilitate the project manager in making informed decisions7. Assists the project manager in tracking project progress8. Facilitates in process assurance and other process activities related to assigned projects9. May be assigned on multiple projects
