Job Description

Join one of the fastest emerging internet marketing companies based in Lahore. As the sole Senior Business Analyst you will fulfill the duties of a Portfolio/Project Manager and will have end-to-end project management responsibilities of multiple projects. He/she will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project and management of the project team and its activities on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; * Project initiation activities including development of project charters, project objectives and deliverables and resource planning; * Detailed project planning activities including project scoping, team planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication planning and risk identification, etc.; * Project execution and control activities including quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring & control, compliance management, change management, team development, performance reporting, exception management and communications; * Project closure activities including gaining formal customer acceptance, financial and procurement closure, lessons learned and documentation archiving.

Job Specification

* Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, * Understanding of emerging web technologies (i.e. content management systems, portals, business intelligence tools, etc.) * Ability to create projects plans and report on project progress to senior level executives * Ability to plan, estimate, and schedule multiple tasks and develop detailed resource and project plans * Must have experience of working in a team environment * Must have experience of motivating and communicating with individuals or group * Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent organizational skills * Must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative * Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivator * Experience in working with internal and external partners * Ability to interface with all levels in customer organization * Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
