Job Description
Reporting in to Systems Support Manager, this individual will be responsible for working closely with users by providing programming and other related support for their functional and technical issues. He/she will demonstrate a commitment to working through complex problems and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and a strong customer satisfaction focus.The incumbent will understand the existing logic and database design structure of the company's accounting and business systems and in addition to working towards enhancing them, will keep all documentation related to any development changes, fixes, or enhancements up-to-date. He/she will coordinate with users for testing of any changes or enhancements and will follow all software development control procedures as per the company policy. He/she will also be expected to make recommendations on improving efficiency.
Job Specification
An IT graduate (BS) with an aptitude to develop and support business applications Prior experience of working in a banking environment is a big plus Clear understanding of SDLC Good problem solving and analytical skills A minimum of 2 year experience of system analysis & development. Experience in c#, .NET Framework, SQL-Server & Oracle-based environment is highly desirable Ability to quickly grasp the design of legacy software Good documentation skills Preferably aged between 24-28 years
