Job Description
Will be given training to cover Main responsibilities of a Resident Engineer,includes to provide first level support to Client Employees for their installed IT Assets, Software Applications and Operating Systems.
Follow the Helpdesk Supervisor/Manager's instructions.
Provide 1st level IT Support(Hardware/Software), log the incidents/problems and close them after resolution accordingly by standard SOPs.
Job Specification
Bachelor/Masters of Computer Sciences.(Certified Candidate will be preferred)
Fresh or 1+ years of experience in System/Technical Support.
Microsoft Office (Windows 2000, XP & 2003, Ms Exchange, MS ISA), DNS, WINS, LAN Technologies (Ethernet/Fast Ethernet), WAN (routers), Microsoft Office. Troubleshooting Steps.
