2. Crafting the look and feel in Photoshop, Illustrator (Fireworks a PLUS)
3. A passion and flair for color -- when a mere mortal looks at your color pallet they must immediately and utterly be wow-ed
4. A passion for the type face -- utter mastery of web typography
5. An understanding of HTML and CSS -- mastery a huge plus
6. Ability to create web images and digital illustrations
7. Support peers in Design and Marketing and Communications

Job Specification
You can be:
1. BFA/MFA/BA/BS program in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design or closely related field. Although formal study at the National College of Arts, Punjab University, Beacon House National University is definitely a plus -- you will ultimately be judged by your art.
2. Right out of college OR In your final year
3. A few years under the belt
4. Years of fighting in the trenches
5. Located PREFERABLY in Faisalabad or Lahore and can working from home but will come to the office.We are:2. A young start up3. Our teams are based in Washington DC, Abu Dhabi and Faisalabad4.
