What is Expert channel performance?

  • Build rapport with stakeholders such as regional teams and BI to work along the to achieve company goal
  • Identify opportunities and strive for continuous improvements in processes
  • Develop comprehensive understandings of existing process, commission calculations, commission cycles and disbursements methods.
  • Develop understanding of BI tools and visualizations capabilities
  • Analyse and benchmark DFS performance upon which commissions are calculated to provide feedback to further arears of improvement
  • Slice and dice to identify gaps through analytics and assist in proposing solutions in order to fill the gaps of the existing methods and process
  • Serving a contact person for all information flow for internal (Channel Planning) and external (Regional Teams amp; DFS) communication

The role reports directly to the manager channel performance and insights and has 4 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 12 team members

What Expert channel performance does?

Key responsibilities

  • Calculations, preparation, validation and disbursement of bi monthly commissions regarding DFS/GSM KPIS, promos, and day-to-day achievements.
  • Performance bench marking for visibility and generating actionable insights for the management
  • Raise flags as an early warning in case of indications of deviation in channel and business trends of the DFS commissions
  • Sever as point of contact between CPD team regions and internal stakeholder (DFS Department and Region)
  • Keeping the management up to date on the performance against key deliverables
  • Create Digital Reporting Environment with Operational Efficiency for reporting on the go
  • Development / Automation of dashboards amp; Reports to give routine Business KPI’s Visibility.
  • Support Regional team by giving by bringing insights on improvement areas.
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management.

Key Deliverables

  • Adhoc Analysis to assist management in Strategic Decision making
  • Timely commissions calculations and disbursements to all the stakeholders
  • To ensure effective implementation of reporting, analysis and policies in the context of sales amp; distribution of Jazz product and services.
  • Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and make different analysis across different channels
  • Design GSM / Iamp;D / DFS automated dashboard to reduce manual working in excel
  • Weekly / monthly / Yearly / Quarterly performance review of Business and Distribution KPI’s
  • Analyze outputs for accuracy and relevance with the management / regional requirements and formulate these into meaningful reports / analysis / Insights
  • Special project planning and executions amp; ensure to provide the visibility / support to the region / planning units.
  • Identifying opportunities with respective different KPIs and add value in existing analysis amp; identify the key focus area for growth
  • Number Crunching, Data duality check ,numbers validation, data Archiving.
