Job Description
Responsibilities:1. Supervision of all janitorial and support staff2. Coordination with the Front Desk Officer for all Incoming and outgoing calls.3. Arrangement of meeting rooms and training room for the office staff and higher management for meetings and training sessions4. Provide secretarial / administrative support to the Company Senior Management 5. Responsible for requisition and maintenance of office equipment including furniture and fixture, telephone system, keys 6. Responsible for printing of office stationery, including envelopes, letterhead, namecards 7. Coordinate documents for approval 8. Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administration / office management activities 9. Look after building management matters e.g. carpark, maintenance, safety etc. 10. Renewal of License, Insurance, Contract, Advertisement11. Manage petty cash 12. Arrange back up for Receptionist (During lunch time and when she is on leave) 13. Organize lunch / snacks for meeting.14. Vendor Management (Coordinating the all Vendor for the smooth operation)15. Keeping Check list for all vendor's (Week Check list and monthly audit check list)16. Supervision of all electricity related issues in all shops, generator maintenance and supervision of all electricians
