Hvac Engineer

Provides assistance to Field Technicians on difficult or complex projects. Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. - Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer's location. - Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or required by project. - Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.

Prefer degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering/technical discipline - Prefer minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, boiler or power generation related industry - Experience with mechanical systems that use natural gas and or propane fuels - Experience with commercial electrical and wiring systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, training and technical writing skills. - Strong computer skills required, especially with Microsoft Office programs
