Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for an Operations Specialist to play a key role in building a new online used car marketplace (VavaCars).

Working with the Operations management team of our brand-new venture in Pakistan, you will be one of the first members of an ambitious and future focused team and this is a key hire for us in compliance with inter-departmental affairs. Your Role

  • Work with Operations management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the entire consumer purchasing network
  • Develop daily plan for expected vehicle deliveries during the day and schedule the payments with Finance
  • Ensure all required documentation is uploaded to internal portal before payment request is submitted to Finance
  • Flag any incomplete documentation issues to the Purchasing team so that they can rectify before payment is released
  • Create amp; submit payment requests to Finance and also keep them apprised regarding schedule of expected deliveries and payments for the day
  • Coordinate with Warehouse team for collection of purchased vehicles from purchase centres
  • Monitor entries in log-books and other daily records maintained by Purchasing teams, such as token payment record
  • Submit request for token money replenishment to Finance as and when required
  • Support Purchasing teams in ensuring proper up-keep and maintenance of purchase centres and mobile units
  • Assist the Operations team in meeting ad-hoc requirements as and when they arise


  • You've completed your Bachelor's degree
  • You have 2 to 4 years of work experience
  • You are proficient with MS Office
  • As a plus, you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics amp; Teams
  • You are good with numbers
  • You exhibit a professional get it done attitude and strong work ethics
  • You are confident, honest and can add value in team building
  • You are able to work and thrive in a growth focused and fast-paced environment
