Job Description
We are currently seeking highly charged and detail oriented professionals for our International BPO Operations (Evening Shifts with van drop service in selected areas). We provide world-class offshore integrated services to financial services, marketing firms and communications industries including; web research, data cleansing, phone verification, telesales, appointment setting and lead generation services that supplement our clients' onshore sales and marketing efforts.
Job Specification
Excellent fluency in spoken English along with an American or Neutral/Light accent Excellent proficiency with internet surfing, web navigation and datamining - Ability to research, analyze and browse through various websites and make judgments
Possess computer literacy, basic Excel and keyboarding skills.
Ability to read, write and comprehend English is a MUST - Strong Communication Skills and ability to conduct two-way dialog over the phone - Must possess a flair for indoor sales, and ability to convince.
Must have the ability to pay attention to details, and have good analytical skills
O and A Level students, Communications or Business majors preferred
Experience not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with BPO or internet research experience.
