Job Description
We are an HR Firm, Looking for a Business Development Executive for our Client in Mineral Water Industry. The Ideal Candidate shall be able to perform the following;
1. Maintain Relationships with existing customers through regular review visits
2. Visit potential customers to demonstrate products & Gain new markets
3. Act as a contact between company & Its Customers (Existing, Potential)
4. gather market and customer information
5. Negotiate Variations in Price, Delivery, & Specifications with Customers.
6. Communicate sales order information to dispatch staff
7. Review own sales performance
8. Gain a Clear understanding of customers, business & Requirements
9. Provide help and advice to customers, using the company products & Services
10. Courteously communicate with customers while being on face-to-face talk or on telephone
11. Handle customer complaints
12. Explore new markets
NOTE.1: Fixed Gross Salary is PKR. 15,000 Per Month (Additional commissions will be paid seperately)
NOTE.2: The Candidate shall be based at Lahore Office; but will cover the territory from Sahiwal to Peshawar
NOTE.3: Company will pay commissions on new business development & also provide fuel for official travel
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of Business Development
- Hold Bachelors Degree
- Ability & Desire to Sell
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Confident, Honest & Self-motivated
- Patient, Polite, Diplomatic in dealing difficult situations
- Works well under pressure
