Job Description
- Responsible primarily for Recruitment & selection and selection of the HR related areas.
- Responsible for the Manpower planning, job descriptions, strategy about recruitment
source and process, fulfillment of the requirements, head hunting of the candidate, co-ordinate with the candidate, conducting interviews, (1st Level & 2nd Level), find out the right match as per the organizational needs, final offer, salary negotiations, reference checking, issuing of appointment letter, making sure candidate's joining.
- Ensuring highly motivated and the best skilled work force in place.
- Ensure the implementation and practice of QMS, EMS and OHSAS standards.
Job Specification
Must have know how of all the Pros and Corns of Telecommunication Industry.
Good communication and Negotiation Skills and have
ability to work under stress and meet time lines.
Well aware of Labor Laws.
Have working experience of ERP soft ware.
