The primary purpose of this role is to own and ensure the development of ICT business in Pakistan, Middle East and in the region - primarily via an arrangement with professional Engineers in the company and hiring consultants if necessary.

At initial stage, identifying the potential clients and gathering maximum data for all major accounts in Pakistan and then in middle East. After Data mining and short listing the potential accounts, approaching the selected clients and setting up meetings and following all business communication and ramp up the negotiations into business deals. Handing over the positive leads to engineer manager and keeping cliental relationship, until the services are delivered and account is signed off.

IT Butler e-Services currently providing Information Security Services and Consultancy services (ISOs and ITIL) to ICT market. Being a Director, you have to maintain the vendor relationship as well as the client's relationship for current and for future prospects.

Reliable Quality of Service is the main plank of IT Butler e-Services competitive edge so this is a key management role and will require a person with an excellent track record of achievement in this field as well as personal drive and ambition to help the company maintain its superb momentum of success and provide a charismatic leadership where business needed to grow and excel.

Ongoing services deployment responsibilities require the incumbent to possess good project management skills. Managing onsite Engineers in implementation and provisioning processes from a technical perspective, and software and tools needs.
Ensure that the IT Butler e-Services is moving into right direction of the business and identify the weaknesses and shortcoming for immediate remedial processes and escalating the company image into cutting edge, and high quality telecommunication service provider to corporate and government customers that will be measured by technical and customer performance parameters. Oversee customer service provisioning, fault handling procedures & escalations, in relation to the running projects. Highly IS-Security focus role for entire business operation.

- Strong Marketing and Sales background & experience in the telecommunications industry or IT.
- Experience in IT operations and operations systems such as trouble ticket tracking, etc.
- Familiarity with telecommunications data services such as GPRS, WiMax, LANs, WANs, VPNs, IP, IP VPNs, GSM, internet, etc.
- Project management skills.
- Strong experience in vendor management.
- Good computer literacy.
- Experience in deploying networks.
- Good communications skills for customer interaction.
