Job Description
To identify the customer's needs for preparing a comprehensive proposal
To coordinate with Design Department for pre design against customer's needs
To prepare the BOQ against the customer's needs
To coordinate with Procurement department for obtaining updated pricing information against the BOQ of inquiries and trends
To work out the cost against the identified needs of customers & to prepare necessary documentation for quotations
To co-ordinate with customer through Business Development department regarding due clarifications, requirements and other enquiry related matters
To coordinate with other departments of the company as and when required for product support and after sales inquiries
To laise with suppliers and contractors for getting the information and rates of engineering equipments etc.
Job Specification
The applicant must be able to collect, compile & prepare proposlas as per inquiry.
