-Monitor and manage the activity of FGS and RMPS.
-Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of FGS and RMPS.
-Recommend measures if any, to your Head of Department, for improvement of SOPs.
-Recommend measures for cost cutting cutting without compromising quality, wherever possible.
-Plan and reduce overtime payment without compromising quality, wherever possibe.
-Manage the movement of outgoing and incoming materials.
-Ensure all transaction should be record in time on MIS
-Ensure the implementation of FIFO & FMCG
-All stores documents like GRNs, issuance sheets & supplier delivery challan finally check and verify then post in MIS
-check on monthly basis and ensure the physical stock figures are equal as per our MIS.
-Review on monthly basis all hold/rejected material and take action
-Any other task assigned by Hod.
