Requirments:
Proven management expertise (minimum of 3+ years managing and motivating a large group of experienced engineers)

5 + year’s overall enterprise web development experience in a reputable/process oriented organization using ASP, VB, ASP.NET, Java, MTS, Seagate crystal reports etc.

Hands on RDBMS design and development expertise ( MS SQL Server, Oracle, or BD2)

Strong Object oriented design and development expertise

Practical expose to UML and RUP

Dedicated with progressive leadership and team mentoring skills

Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills and work ethic

Ability to develop and maintain a solid development environment

Dedication to documentation and attention to detail

Experienced in the ownership of Product Testing Strategy throughout the Product Life Cycle.


Responsibilities::
Develop and demonstrate Product Knowledge.

Supervise multiple teams, providing ongoing mentoring and coaching in the use of latest software engineering methodologies and tools.

The PSE will provide day-to-day management and oversight for one or more projects that are a part of or in support of a larger initiative and program.

The PSE will be involved in key activities from project planning; managing design, development, and implementation; sustainability planning of assigned projects.

Maintains schedules and coordinates activities, provides guidance during design, development and implementation by establishing goals that are aligned with established policies and standards.

Monitors the completion of tasks within time and cost constraints and ensures that technical/business objectives are met.

Identifies and recommends changes to established practices and policies.

Regularly interacts with subordinates as well as peer managers, both within and beyond a particular functional area.

Act as a catalyst with all company departments to encourage process and quality improvement.

Perform reviews of code and completed packages, assuring that all requirements are met, resolutions are clear and verifications have been performed.

Charge up the team through excellence in leadership, integrity and professionalism.
