Job Description

2. Technical Unit to design Project summary with Gantt Chart for completion of Energy Audit, submitted to Director
3. Technical Manager responsible for all client interaction throughout the Audit, with daily completion report submitted to Director based on approved Gantt Chart (to be added in the EPR)
4. Internal Audit Department to have 1 surprise visit per week to Audit site, and submit Visit report (report submitted in EPR)
5. When audit is complete, the proposal is presented to the client with complete details of potential savings options (existing method) (Added to EPR)
6. Energy Audit proposal, to be verified for CAPEX from procurement department before finalization. Verification to be done on final costs and availability of the required capital
7. 8% implementation charges, this includes petty expense such as travelling and labor costs
8. Energy Audit proposal to be made on designed format including IRR, ROI, Turnover Ratio, TCO ratios as a financial analysis of the project
9. Procurement department to have a heads up on the CAPEX requirement , proactively assuring the availability on time
10. After negotiations with clients, demonstration, and detailed discussion the project will go to implementation of the energy audit. Post receiving remaining 40% of energy audit consultancy fees
11. Detailed BOQ designed by Technical Manager and submitted to Procurement Team
12. Procurement Team to provide time lines for exact delivery of product, based on which the implementation plan is to be designed
13. An implementation plan / Gantt Chart is to be designed and approved by Director, implementation report to be submitted to Client (copy in EPR) with complete number of dates, deliverables, working people.
14. A budget sheet designed for the project by the Technical Manager, based on the petty cash budget requirements for conducting the implementation to be approved by Procurement department, including travelling, labor charges etc.
15. With planned procurement and implementation Gantt charts, project implementation is effectively conducted, with Technical Manager in daily loop with client
16. An implementation completion report is then submitted to the client and attached in EPR
17. Energy performance contract (EPC) is then signed for 1 year with the client pertaining to warranty and defects that may occur and the cost feasibility. In addition monthly monitoring schedule is maintained
18. Post implementation, monthly monitoring reports are documented in the EPR with achieved reduction in bills, monitoring reports are submitted to clients on a monthly basis
19. Research on new products, energy efficient appliances, international best vendors for energy efficient devices, local products etc. to be done on a weekly basis. Every Saturday a presentation by the technical team on technical up-gradation to senior management, approved products and vendors get passed on to procurement team
