One of our clients looking for AM Trainings. Job description of above mentioned position is
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) on semi annual basis.
- Arrange Inhouse training programs by inviting trainers from indusry.
- Conduct inhouse softskills training programs as a trainer
- Develop good relations with different training firms and send employees to their training programs.
- Develop training budgets in cordinatiion with finance department.
- Calculate Return on Investment of every training session and prepare reports for top management.
