Job Description
1. To perform hiring related activates for plant workers and to support Corporate Head of HR in hiring of office staff at plant.
2. To provide inputs for payroll processing in the form of attendance and leave data to corporate HR.
3. To communicate corporate level policies to all employees and ensure their implementation.
4. To ensure that all health and safety related measures are taken and implemented at plant.
5. To manage plant canteen and ensure quality food is provided to employees at reasonable cost.
6. To look after house keeping functions in all areas.
7. To control time office and gate in and out passes.
8. To ensure security at the premises through regular factory rounds during office hours.
9. To maintain the data of plant workers.
10. Deal with government departments, e.g., EOBI,SESSI,
