Job Description
This role is to maintain and improve the Buksh Motors Market Image. This involves the development and implementation of after sales plans. It also involves improving the effectiveness of all after sale customer service activities of the whole Region.
Principle Accountabilities:
Forecast goals and objectives for after sale department and strive to meet them.
To ensure to provide highest level of service and value to our customers.
Strive to build relationship and feeling with the customers.
Retention of existing customers and promote new customers.
Ensure to follow the set procedure from receiving customer till delivery of vehicle than follow-up.
Believe in fix it right for the first time, maintain highest standard of service and minimize the come backs.
Understand and ensure compliance with the brand warranty and policy procedures.
Serve as liaison with the brand representatives.
The job responsibilities include the development, implementation of policies and procedures as per each brand CI standards.
Identity future requirement and expansion plan for each service centre in the country in terms of equipment, man power, parts stock level etc.
Assist in annual business plan and achieving for after sales department.
Communicate with all brand principles on all technical issues, campaigns completions, recalls, warranty, procurement of accessories, and training of technical and non technical staff.
Ensure the in house and abroad training of staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Control & monitoring compliance with all rules and regulations.
Liaison with account and shipment department for smooth operation in terms of receiving shipments of parts, accessories and tools.
Perform any other activity being assigned by Operations Sales
