Job Description

Marketing Related Tasks
1.Conduct semi annual Marketing Research regarding brand positioning and tracking & present the reports findings to top management
2.Do Competitor Analysis w.r.t. Brand Activities, Pricing Strategies and present the reports to management time to time for further decisions.
3.Prepare yearly marketing plan aligned with business strategy of an organization.
4.Assist Top Management in developing Brand Elements according to the Brand Element Selection Criteria
5.Act as liaison between company and creative organization (marketing and ad agencies) during IMC campaigns. Also give creative ideas during ads designing.
6.Oversee firms electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design, maintenance, e-mail marketing and facebook existence.
7.Represent the Brand at different commercial & cultural events
8.Design and Conduct Brand Promotion activities during off-seasons
9.Design and plan quarterly customer service related training seminars for retail outlet staff.
10. Conduct mystery shopping activities through dummy customers, prepare reports of their feedbacks and take actions against that report.

HR Related Tasks

1.To perform all the HR activities according to the HR policies, procedures and documents.
2.Assist top management in Manpower Planning on semi annual basis and in times of growth.
3.Responsible for all the recruitment and selection activities.
4.Conduct orientation of new employees at the day of joining.
5.Act as a support agent of line heads in quarterly performance appraisal activities.
6.Perform TNA, when required and act as a training coordinator is case of in-house trainings.
7.Do continuous training of retail staff regarding customer service & communication skills and evaluate the results of training time to time.
8.Design and implement strictly the uniform policy of Companys retail staff.
9.Prepare training calendars of open enrollment programs and discuss it with top management regarding any nominations.
10.Administrate employee benefits matters according to policy.
11.Develop and maintain the employee files of company
12.Maintain and update organizational structure.
13.Revise HR policies and strategies in order to align them with overall business strategy.
14.Act as a change agent in organization, whenever required.

15.Listen and resolve daily employee matters and perform duty as an employee champion.
16.Do exit interviews of employees and also conduct HR sessions with existing employees for feedback purpose.
