Sakonent, the leading US based CRM consulting firm in Pakistan, with both an on-shore and off-shore business model, is currently looking to hire Developers and Senior Developers in our Karachi International Development Center.

Job Description:

Qualification: Atleast Bachelors degree in the field of IT.

Experience: Fresh Graduates or up to 3 years of Experience (Developer). At least 3 years of experience (Senior Developer).


Responsibilities:


Responsible for performing design and development on one or more Project areas like Functional (Configuration / Scripting), Integration with other Application, Data Migration or Data Conversion etc.

Responsible for providing effort estimation of design and development tasks. CRM Developer contributes in documentation of Technical Design. CRM Developer must be well versed with Development Standards.

Responsible for exploring new technologies coming in CRM space for existing application(s) as well as new application(s) and plan training on them with CRM Man-ager / CRM Practice Manager based on Companys strategic objectives.




Skills Required: (Withonut CRM Experience)

- Proven track record of developing quality software products.
- Must have working experience of SDLC and OOPs.
- Excellent Coding skills and experience in all aspects of the software engineering life cyclec
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 2003, XP, Vista, SQL Server, IIS and .NET technology and infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of developer tools technologies including Languages like SQL, C# and Visual Basic .Net and the .NET Framework, complex XML Schema, HTML, and Java script. Ability to understand and modify the configuration of web services and other applications.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server 2005, Strong SQL Scripts writing skills, Stored Procedures, SQL Batch Jobs, SQL DTS Packages, and SQL back-end.
- Good database Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven.

- Must have strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and Unix scripting skills

- Working knowledge of J2EE, Java, Visual Basic
- Experience in full project life cycle - including post production support.
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Ability to map business requirements to functionality available in relevant Siebel modules
- Good database skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
