Job Description
Act as a liaison between business units and IT departments.
Complete business cases of projects.
Participate and facilitate business process modeling and research efforts.
Make recommendations for product enhancement.
Manage business unit expectations of IT.
Conduct interviews and perform analysis for projects.
Conduct preliminary investigation for all project requests.
Review requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects.
Participate in Business Process Management group efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes.
Participate in root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT.
System Documentation i.e. : SRS, FS, DFS etc
Sound Knowledge of logical & physical data Model.
Analyze & Document business processes.
Must have a very good knowledge in .Net
Job Specification
BCS, BSC, MCS
with one to two year of experience.
ACCPAC software knowledge
Good communication skills
