Creates, Implements and Enforces HR Policies and Plans
Manages routine daily activities of the Human Resource.
Recruits & Hire. Be good in recruitment and has access to a good list of recruitment pool.
Motivates. Can effectively motivate existing Human Resources and Team.
Creates and implements program to increase retention in Employees
Works with other team to schedule internal Training and Development
Works with Management to plan & hire resources for projects and on project basis if needed. Hires in optimal and most efficient structure as possible.
Helps in creating employee benefit plans. Also helps in creating career path for employees.
Helps in organizing internal events and get togethers for employees of the company.
Job Specification
Possesses 1-2 years of Good Quality Experience in Human Resource.
