Job Description
Develop the quality culture on site to increase employee awareness to factory that may compromise food safety.
To provide technical advice on quality issue.
Ensure HACCP,PRE REQUISITE programs and ISO 22000 within the facility are maintained and being complied with.
To set quality standards for various in-process & final product for implementation and compliance.
To ensure that the various product are packed in compliance with company quality standards and customers requirement.
Identify and analyze quality problem & implement steps to resolve them.
Ensure that corrective action taken is adequate; analyze quality records for adverse trends.
Report quality Performance trends to the Management team including major issues which could affect business performance.
Monitor the HOLD/Release (Quarantine) Program.
Provide Training on the pre requisite program (Food Handler/Hygiene, GMP, Process control etc) and HACCP.
Maintain control and conduct maintenance of the ISO 22000, GMP document to reflect addition or amendments.
