Alongside a strong creative flair it is very important to possess an excellent knowledge of the following technologies: HTML, Flash, CSS, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
You will also need to have a good eye for detail, and be able to pay particular attention to user experience and user centred design, layout and web standards, online marketing strategies and SEO - demonstrable commercial experience in these areas is essential.
