- Will perfom general accounting duties
- Keep the record of different account
- Daily closing and prepare reports
- General Administrative Support
- Other ad-hoc activities when assigned
- Have to fulfill daily task (if there 500 invoices, so he has to work accordingly)
- Book keeping and record making
Job Specification
Required skills MS-Office, Excel, Word, etc.
Should be a super user of excel
Effectively manage the accounts
Proficient in verbal and written English communication
Relevant working experience in IT orTrading company would be an advantage
Has the ability to handled multi-tasking
Hard working, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
