Achieve sales target through people by managing & developing them.

Monitoring and controlling of the sales team.

Ensure Proper Distribution Network & supply chain.
Ensure proper coverage, productivity & drop size.
Evaluating and developing of regional trade activities.
Develop field force sales function for the maximizing the efficiency of sales team.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation of projects
Closely work with ethical sales team to create brand awareness
Responsible for Sales Analysis
Monitor the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like market share, growth, target achievement
