Job Description
As part of a newly stablished offshore development center for a sfotware startup, we are looking for an HR Manager that can help us identify new talent and put policies in place for retention. You will be required to come up with Job Listings post them on job-sites, initiate interview processes, send offer and rejection letters. You will also screen resumes based on the criteria provided to you for each of the positions and do a pre-screen with the selected candidates.
On-going you will put policies and procedures in place to enable us to become one of the best employers in the country. You will guide on the proper compensation and benefits for employees at different levels in the organization. You will be responsible for retention programs and helping us create a proper work/life balance for our employees.
We are recruiting for a 50+ person team over the next 6 months and your role will be instrumental in putting together an exceptional workforce.
Job Specification
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, HR or related field
- 1+ experience working in HR, preferably with a Software or Engineering organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Urdu and English
- Good presentation skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Technical background specially in software or application development fields
